Grand opening set for PJC-Greenville campus

According to PJC Public Relations Consultant Paul Bailey, students will be provided with a fully modern learning environment, as the 42,000-square foot campus has been equipped with state of the art technology.
There will be a ribbon cutting ceremony, guest speakers, and refreshments and tours of the campus.
“One student will speak at the grand opening about the importance of the new campus,” said Bailey.
Enrollment at the PJC-Greenville Center is 1,231, which is up approximately 7.4 percent from 1,139 last year.
“The campus is built to house over 2,000 students,” said Bailey. “The facility is planned for expansion,” referencing that the new campus is built on a section of land the college owns, totaling over 100 acres, some of which will be utilized for expansion as enrollment increases…
